Theresa has been involved in real estate for over 35 years. She started in commercial real estate in the mid-80s handling leasing, financing, planning and construction for major transportation companies. For the last ten years she has been actively engaged in the acquisition of “buy and hold” as well “fix and flip” properties.
As a Realtor for Keller Williams licensed in Virginia, Theresa has a strong bench of title/settlement companies, real estate attorneys, contractors, service providers, suppliers, agents and other key resources. She avails herself of the valuable ongoing education and support available to Keller Williams agents to keep current on real estate laws, regulations, trends, and technology.
An expert in contracting with a deep background in finance and management, Theresa applies these skills to M&T Investors. She played key roles in corporations ranging from start-up companies to one of the world’s largest global firms. Her work involved negotiation, sales, marketing, PR, data analytics, public speaking, training and motivating/coaching/managing multi-disciplinary teams among other tasks.
Both Theresa and Mark are Mastery Students in the Fortune Builders network which enables them to make use of proven processes and the ongoing support of a nationwide group of investors. She attends weekly local investor group meetings to keep abreast of all current information and to create an ever-expanding network to grow and support the business.

Mark’s passion for real estate started early. He bought his first house while still in college at Temple University in Philadelphia. Pretty soon he had five properties and was buying one every year. His broadcasting career allowed, OK forced, him to move around the country accumulating property in Allentown PA, Cincinnati OH, Arlington and Reston VA, Wilkes-Barre PA, Lincoln NE and a few places in between.
Over the years, Mark has benefited from the axiom that if you take pride in your property, your tenants will too. That outlook is now the focus of his work in revitalizing homes that M&T purchases to renovate for resale. He derives great pride and satisfaction from improving neighborhoods – one house at a time.
In addition to rehabbing, Mark and his wife and business partner Theresa also lend to other residential redevelopers. As we grow our network of wholesalers, contractors and borrowers, we look for the same qualities that we bring to every transaction– honesty, reliability and good communication. When we find these attributes, we establish long-lasting relationships that benefit both sides.
